Splash Park is open from May to the end of August on weekends, public and school holidays,
and sunny weekdays during term time (weather permitting). Extra days may be added based on
good weather—check the Tickets section and click Book Now for the latest schedule.

There are four 90-minute sessions each day at 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM.
A special Bounce & Splash session runs at 5 PM, starting with 45 minutes at Bounsea followed by
60 minutes in the Splash Park.

Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes before your session starts. This will give us enough time to
check your tickets quickly—make sure to have them printed or ready to display on your mobile
phone. If you've purchased tickets that include tokens or other add-ons, you'll receive these at the
check-in point.

Remember, attractions that require tokens can only be used during your booked session time, so
make the most of them without delay! While tokens are non-refundable, you’re welcome to use any
remaining tokens on your next visit anytime during the season.

Each session at Splash Park lasts for 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to enjoy all the fun and
excitement we have to offer!

Splash Park General Rules:
Follow staff instructions at all times
Children must be supervised by an adult
Climbing on stone fountains or blue walls is not permitted
Running, bikes, scooters, and skateboards are prohibited
Inflatables are not allowed
Umbrellas are not permitted
Photography is restricted, however, discreet photos of your own children are allowed
No barbecues, pets, smoking, or alcohol
Protect yourself and children from the sun
Be considerate of other users and enjoy your time
Shoes must be worn outside the Blue Zone

Blue Zone Rules:
No running
No toys, balls, or inflatables
Water guns, plastic bottles, and containers are prohibitedNo food or drinks
Swimwear must be worn
Infants must wear swim nappies
Only jelly or protective water shoes allowed within the Blue Zone
Avoid using the splash pad if unwell with stomach issues
Report any First Aid incidents to staff immediately

First Aid: Safety first! A station is ready for any emergencies.

Kiosk: Stop by for delicious ice creams, refreshing cold drinks, and small snacks. You can also pick
up handy items like sunscreen and hats.

Bike Station: Located outside of Splash Park. While bikes and scooters are welcomed at the park,
their use is restricted to outside areas only.

Deck Chairs: Available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.

Comfy Sun Lounges - Coming Soon!: Elevate your relaxation for just £3 per session. Reserve a
lounge and unwind in style, perfect for soaking up the sun or simply taking a break in comfort. All
extras can be added during your booking process.

The Splash Park is ideally designed for children aged 1 to 7. However, we often see older siblings
and parents enjoying the fun as well! While some may happily splash around for the full 90-minute
session, others might need a change of pace. For that reason, we offer additional attractions like
walk-on-water balls, paddle boats, and special appearances from our mascot Splashy, who hosts a
fun mini disco. These extras ensure that everyone, regardless of age, can have a delightful time at
our park.

To participate in the fountain activities, wearing swimwear is mandatory. Babies must wear special
swimming nappies designed for water use. If you need to be fully covered for personal reasons,
please ensure that the clothes are clean and appropriate for water play. For parents and carers who are supervising, swimwear is optional. However, if you plan to join in the water activities and enjoy
the sun, we recommend wearing swimwear to enhance your experience and comfort.

Yes, everyone who enters the site must purchase a ticket. This policy helps us manage attendance
and maintain the quality of our facilities effectively.

Yes, we have several trees planted around the blue zone that provide natural shade. While these
shaded areas can offer some relief from the sun, we strongly advise all visitors to apply sun
protection. Additionally, ensure you drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated during your visit,
especially since each session lasts for 90 minutes.

While general photography and video recording are not allowed to protect the privacy of our guests,
you are welcome to take discreet photos and videos of your own children and family. We ask that
you respect the privacy of others while capturing these special moments.

Picnic-style food is welcome on the premises, but please refrain from bringing any food into the
blue zone. For everyone's safety, glass containers and bottles are not permitted anywhere in the
park. If you prefer the convenience of on-site options, our kiosk offers a variety of refreshments.
Consider purchasing tokens in advance during the booking process to use at the kiosk for a hasslefree
and enjoyable experience.

We do not have lockers onsite, but don't worry! Our park is well-secured with high walls and
closely monitored entry and exit points. In the nine years of our operation, we're happy to report
that there have been no thefts.

Please note, however, that we cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss. If you misplace any items, feel free to check in at our onsite office where we keep lost and found items.

Unclaimed low-value items such as towels, clothes, and small toys are donated to local charities at the end of each summer season, contributing to a good cause.
